Joe Fusco
Owner & CEO
Joe has maintained a successful career in real estate and mortgage industry for over 30 years serving the Inland Empire and surrounding areas in Southern California. He has had my real estate license since 1987 and obtained aa Brokers license in 1990. He is a Cal Poly Pomona alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration. Joe was part of a pilot program and successfully launched the Freddie Mac REO Disposition Program which disposed of thousands of homes nationwide.
Myke Van Ness
Dispositions Manager
Leading the Dispositions team at KeyGlee West, with over a decade in the RE investment industry and 300+ transactions closed both locally and nationwide, Myke brings his expertise in underwriting potential flips, wholesale & assignments sales, inovations, creative transactions, multi-family/commercial & raising private capital.
Tyler Henderson
Acquisitions Manager
Ty started his career in real estate at 20 years old as a realtor, a loan officer and is now a manager for Keyglee West. With, what might as well be a degree in “yapping”, Ty focuses on the psychology of sales and efficiencies in the acquisitions team.
He is also a Co-founder of the Keyglee West marketplace app and the backend web builder for the website you’re on right now.
Daniel Vellejo

Starting his career in real estate early 2023, Daniel has quickly learned the ins and outs of the wholesale industry. Jumping into the industry with all his boats burned, Daniel has persevered, endured and is now managing his own acquisitions team at KeyGlee West.
